DIAN DIAGNOSTICS GROUP Co., Ltd. (hereafter ‘DIAN DIAGNOSTICS’) takes independent clinical laboratory services as its core business and is committed to providing integrated medical diagnostic solutions.
The Company was founded in 1996 in Hangzhou, China and was listed in China Stock Exchange in July 2011 (stock code: 300244). Its business covers medical diagnostic services, diagnostics technology R&D, diagnostic product manufacturing and marketing, CRO, forensic appraisal, health management, cold chain logistics and other fields.
At present, the Group has established a chain of 43 medical laboratories, 10 forensic science centers and 5 health management centers in China, providing services for more than 22,000 medical institutions and has served more than 330 million people. The Company can carry out more than 3,300 different parameters and has more than 10,000 employees.

DIAN Laboratory Co., Ltd. (DIAN LAB) was established in November 2023, located at 96-96B Bach Dang 2, Tan Son Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
DIAN LAB specializes in providing a wide range of medical testing services, integrating modern technology and applying advanced and proprietary diagnostic platforms from DIAN DIAGNOSTICS Group. With a comprehensive diagnostic technology platform, DIAN LAB offers various services, including, microbiology, biochemistry and immunology, molecular , and pathology.
In addition to testing services, DIAN LAB develops and supplies exclusive high-tech products from DIAN DIAGNOSTICS Group, including:
• GENEDIAN pathology scanner
• Advanced AI-powered pathology diagnostics (PathoAI)
• Real-Time PCR System MC-1000
DIAN LAB is committed to delivering cutting-edge medical diagnostic solutions to improve healthcare services for the community. With its advanced technology platform and pioneering products, DIAN LAB provides specialized healthcare services, including cancer screening, autoimmune disease diagnostics, infectious disease detection, and prenatal & postnatal diagnostics. Notably, AI and digital technology are integrated into pathology services to enhance diagnostic accuracy.
